NORTHERN UTAH TRAILFEST-IVAL VENDOR application

Registration for vendor spots at the 2024 Northern Utah Trailfest will open on June 1st, 2024.

We are looking for vendors who are:

  • Vendors selling items or services

  • Businesses who would like to promote themselves

  • Nonprofits who would like to promote themselves and/or their services.

All approved vendors will get a 12’ x 12’ booth space. You will have to provide all of your own supplies (pop-ups, weights, chairs, tables, etc.) There is no electricity in the park and you’re welcome to bring your own generators. Potable water is available on site. Wifi in the park is spotty at best, and you’ll need to supply your own internet hotspots if you plan to use electronics for POS, Registrations, etc. If you need more than a 12 x 12 space, you can register for more than one and we will take care of you the best that we can.  

Pricing: Early bird pricing for booth spots is $50 from June 1st - August 31st. Prices will go up on September 1st. Non-profit organizations are free but still need to apply.

Needed for registration: Contact information, your EIN or SSN, your website (if applicable) and an idea of what your booth sells or represents.

Good things to know: Camping spots are NOT included and if you plan to set up early or stay for the weekend, you have to purchase camping separately.
New for 2024, we are going to allow vendors who want to, set up and vend as early as Friday evening and can also vend Sunday morning. Details will come in your vendor acceptance packets.
