Accessibility at the nut
The Northern Utah Trailfest welcomes all disabled attendees and is dedicated to continually improving efforts to ensure attendees have access to all goods and services, regardless of ability.
Most accommodation requests should be made at least 72 hrs in advance. Some services — such as ASL interpretation — require more advance notice; see details below. Requests can be made by emailing admin@goalfoundation.com or by leaving a voicemail at 801-399-1773 and we'll get back to you. The team will review each request and do their best to provide support where possible.

The Northern Utah Trailfest welcomes all race participants who may have a permanent visual, physical, or intellectual impairment that affects their ability to participate.
We are excited to partner with Ogden Valley Adaptive to provide an Adaptive Mountain Bike Race.
If you require any accommodations for other categories, please email admin@goalfoundation.com before registering. The team will review each request and do their best to provide support where possible. Athletes in this program participate alongside the general participant field.
If needed, impaired runners can have a Guide Runner assist them during the race. Guide Runners receive a complimentary entry upon request, prior to registration. Each athlete is allowed one guide, who must accompany them throughout the entire race.

The Northern Utah Trailfest takes place in the Cutler Flats area of North Fork Park. The main festival area is grass/dirt that might hinder speed and comfortability, and roads throughout the site are unsealed and may be uneven — please plan accordingly if you use a mobility device. Please see the accessibility map for locations of areas with seating available to rest as needed.
Attendees who need assistance getting around can request help from any staff member/volunteer, aid station, medical team, or race official, or reach out in advance to admin@goalfoundation.com.
If you'd like guidance on the best locations for a quiet or low-sensory space, please reach out to admin@goalfoundation.com and we'll help you find a good spot.

Service animals are permitted at the Northern Utah Trailfest. All service animals must remain by the handler's side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, and cleaned up after quickly and neatly.
-
Please make a request for an American Sign Language interpreter to admin@goalfoundation.com no later than 30 days before the event to allow for sufficient processing time.
-
Report injuries or concerning symptoms to the nearest staff member/volunteer, aid station, medical team, or race official.
Call 911 for an immediate life threat when cell service is available, then alert event staff.
Weber Fire District EMTs are on-site with a side-by-side and electric bikes, and Intermountain Health PTs are on-site at Cutler Flats for assessment of minor sport-related injuries.
-
We encourage festival goers to make any additional service requests to admin@goalfoundation.com as far in advance as possible to enhance our ability to evaluate and fulfill the request.
If you are already onsite at the event and require assistance, please ask a staff member/volunteer, aid station, medical team, or race official to receive assistance.
