Everyone is invited to our FREE COMMUNITY TRAILFEST-IVAL! The Northern Utah Trailfest-ival is an awesome place to celebrate, relax, shop, eat, hang out, and enjoy the beautiful mountain park! Some activities require an RSVP so we can plan ahead, there is no fee to register. Please note that activities have limited space and may fill up quickly. Sign up here!

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2025

4:00pm - Camping opens.

5:00pm - 6:00pm - Live Music - Join Micah Swanson at the Main Stage.

5:00pm - 7:00pm - Race Packet pick up at the GOAL tent.

5:00pm - 8:00pm - Food Trucks and Vendors will open in the Festival.

6:30pm - 7:30pm - Live Music - Spencer Paul at the Main Stage.

6:00pm - 8:00pm - Family friendly storytelling around the firepits hosted by WSU Storytelling Festival - Spots limited - Registration Required - Click here to register.

6:30pm - 8:00pm - S’mores at the fire pits.

7:30pm - 9:30pm - Join ONC for connecting with the cosmos and stargazing for one or both of two 45 minute presentations talking about the constellations and getting a chance to check them out through a telescope - Spots limited - Registration Required - Click here to register.

5:00am - 5:30am - Packet Pickup (9-hour only) - if you didn’t pick up your bib on Friday, see the race director.

5:30am - 9-hour run - pre-race meeting.

6:00am- 9-hour Trail Race start time (run only).

6:00am - Daily Rise Coffee opens.

7:00am - 8:30am - Packet Pickup - 3 and 6 hour Trail Run and Bike Race.

8:30am - Pre Race Meeting - 3 and 6 hour Trail and Bike Race.

9:00am - 3-Hour Trail and bike race start time.

9:15am - 6-Hour Trail and Bike Race start time.

11:00am - 4:00pm - Kid Zone - Bring the whole family to play in this fun for everyone kids zone with activities including hula hoops, giant bubbles, corn hole, STEM activities, climbing wall and more!

11:00am - 8:00pm - Climbing Wall with Scouting America.

11:00am - 8:00pm - Food Trucks open in the festival.

11:00am - 3:00pm - Get ready to groove with Van Sessions at North Fork Park on Saturday as they set the vibes, keep the energy high, and deliver live music and athlete interviews during Trailfest. Stick around and show your love for local artists.

11:00am - 4:00pm - Creativity Cabana - Tie-Dye and marbeling with The Artistan Collective, face painting with Princess Parties, journal making, bookmark making, mini pots, and coloring.

11:00am - 8:00pm - Visit the Musical Petting Zoo with OFOAM. To test out instruments and learn more about their mission.

11:00am - 7:00pm - Show off your axe throwing accuracy with Social Axe.

11:00am - 8:00pm - Vendor Village - stop by and visit our vendor booths!

11:00am - 12:15pm - Live Music - Join Imagine Music at the main stage.

12:00pm - 3-hour Trail Run and Bike Race ends.

12:30pm - 1:15pm - Talent of the Talons Presentation - Join Heidi with ONC as she showcases two birds of prey and teaches us how amazing and important they are our world.

1:15pm - 1:30pm - 3-hour award ceremony.

1:30pm - 3:00pm - Live Music - Join Lucky Find at the main stage.

3:00pm - 9- hour Trail Run Ends.

3:15pm - 6-hour Trail Run and Bike Race Ends.

7:00am - Community Run/Hike, we'll run/hike roughly 5.6 miles. Expect great views and moderate climbing (~1,100 ft) on this Fall run/hike. Meetup at Daily Rise Coffee at 7am, run starts at 7:30am.

9:00am - 10:00am - Sound Bath & Morning Yoga

10:00am - 11:00am - Closing Ceremony & Family Photo at the main stage.
